AWE Faded Afterhood Sweatshirt Navy

Our take on a garment born out of cold-weather necessity in the 1930's; the afterhood is the prototype for the hooded sweatshirts we've come to know and love today. Now viewed as a stylistic choice of reproduction brands and originals highly sought after by vintage collectors alike, this combination garment felt like the perfect starting block to pair our vintage supply of crewnecks and hoodies into something decidedly new. Each donor crewneck has been affixed with an exterior hood and kangaroo pocket from our faded fleece inventory, the hood triple needle sewn for reinforcement. As with everything else we do, sewing takes place right in Los Angeles.
