Shipping Policy

Shipment

All orders ship from our Los Angeles hub. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and handling. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and carrier (USPS, UPS,FedEx for U.S.; DHL or UPS for international). We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they leave our facility. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

Exchanges & Store Credit
At AWE, we recover, sort, and enhance second-hand garments to give them new life. Because our products are previously worn and individually processed, we kindly ask you to shop with intention. That said, we get that not everything works out. Returns for exchange or store credit are 100% free. No multiple returns on a single order. After exchanging, your next item will be final sale. Returns for store credit or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days from receiving your return.

Refunds
Refund payouts are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Items purchased using discount codes are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be processed 1-3 days from receiving your return.

Eligible for Refunds
1. Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery for a refund exchange and store credit
2. Garment(s) must be returned unworn in the same condition it was received.

Not Eligible for Refunds
1. Items with signs of additional wear after delivery
2. Orders purchased using a discount code (eligible for store credit or exchange only)
3. Final Sale items
4. Items returned without original tags or beyond the return window
5. One-Of-A-Kind Items (eligible for exchange or store credit only)
